Kavida Rei trained as a holistic massage therapist in 1993,through the London school of holistic massage. She qualified as a counsellor in 1997, having trained at the AMAP organisation in London.

Kavida has combined both practices in a unique style to create a multi-layered approach to therapy. In 2000 Kavida began an intensive training in Tantra, under the guidance of Sarita and Geho at the School of Awakening.

In 2002 she met her tantric partner, Andrew and they embarked on the 7 level couples training.

Having practised various types of bodywork for many years, Andrew qualified in Swedish holistic massage, gaining an ITEC diploma in 2004.

In 2002, he began studying Tantra through the School of Awakening. Together with his tantric partner Kavida, Andrew has created a unique form of 4-hands massage.

Nidhana's deep exploration into the world of Healing arts has included a 3 year training at the School of Energy Healing, she has trained with Diamond light Tantra and has numerous certificates in Vortex healing.

Nidhana has combined all of these modalities in a unique combination creating Tantric Healing sessions for men and women that work on all levels of the human energy field. She also offers yoni healing for women and is based in Brighton and North West London.
