Why is it that female sexuality has been so shamed and constrained? Could it be that there is an immense source of power stored within the body of She, simply waiting to be set free.

Imagine feeling completely comfortable in your own skin.

This long weekend workshop is offered as a residential retreat so that you have the time and space to drop deeply into yourself away from the everyday roles and responsibilities.

Modalities include embodiment practices, active meditation, self-inquiry, sharing circles, movement and dance, ritual and ceremony, massage and touch. Lovingly held by Gayatri and her team within the sacred space of a female-only group.
