But….like most people, you are trapped.
Trapped in the mind. Trapped in the thought narratives to keep you safe so that you don’t re-live those bad experiences that you had before. You have your parents’ voices telling you that you can’t do this and that, adding to limiting beliefs.
Living from this space instead stifles your natural talents, abilities and dreams.
These negative emotions and traumas are stored within the body tissue as well as the mind. And, Over a four-hour session, we go slow and deep into the tissues and hold loving space for them to be seen, felt and expressed to allow integration and healing from them.
This is a sacred sexual space.
Sexual energy is a potent healing force and is welcome to arise, although it is not expected. The bodywork journey is designed to open the pathways and awaken sexual energy without direct genital touch. Towards the end stages of a session, there is optional space for de-armouring and trauma release of the pelvic area and Yoni.
Sessions with me are held with honour and integrity.
Consent, safety, boundaries and communication are of top priority to enable you to go deep into your process. All the skills and techniques in the world don’t count for a thing with these critical pieces missing.
Trust is Key.
I am also trauma-informed, which I feel is a necessary being as though most people carry trauma of some degree.
