Cahira is a fully accredited Transformational Tantra Massage Practitioner. This multifaceted trauma-informed and consent-based therapy combines massage with body, energy and breath work to support your journey connecting to your body’s authentic expression, sexuality, heart and spirit.
Each session is unique and personalised to you, and co-created through an induction process.
Rates vary from £70 – £150/hr depending on session.
Sessions generally last 2-4 hours, and can be held in person or online

Learning how to be in connection with your experiences is vital for accessing the depths of pleasure and intimate connection. I will support you to do this.
