The Tao Tantric Bodywork Sessions I offer are powerful and potent. I support you through a deep process of transformation and awakening that liberates fear, shame and suppression, allowing for greater freedom and expression. Helping you to move from a limited survival-mode existence to a state of thriving, flow and magnetic attraction.
My approach is heart-centred, trauma-informed and honours the wisdom of your body’s intelligence. My passion lies in helping you discover freedom within yourself, so you can make choices and express yourself in a full, confident, and authentic way. I create a safe, sacred space, a sanctuary of unconditional love, where you can embrace and explore your wholeness and feel truly seen, heard, and supported without judgment or expectation. And what perhaps is more important is that I have lived through 10 years of feeling numb and sexually repressed, feeling broken, stuck and disconnected from my own power, pleasure and aliveness. For many years I walked the good girl line between feeling not enough and too much, denying my feelings, smoothing things over, and making things fit. I was living in my head and stuck in well-engrained patterns of pleasing and performing and perfectionism. I am on a profound journey of healing and awakening and discovering the tantric path around 6 years ago has been completely transformational for me and my relationships.
My healing journey has included intimacy coaching, shadow work, breathwork, bodywork and various tantric retreats, practices and training courses, that has led me to discovering my multi-orgasmic nature and more pleasure, vitality and aliveness that I ever thought possible! I am deeply committed to kundalini yoga, qigong, tandava and feminine embodiment practices and live and breathe a tantric life. I find deep resonance with the work of Osho, Mantak Chia, Daniel Odier (Kashmiri Shaivism), Ma Ananda Sarita. I have personal experience with the dynamics of long-term relationships, motherhood, ethical non-monogamy and I am currently navigating peri-menopause.
And a deeper, more ancient and wise part of me knows this is my true soul expression and I am born for this healing work. I feel at home when sharing these offerings and feel deep resonance with Mary Magdalene, the temple of Isis and the tantric priestesses. I feel my innate gifts of sensitivity, attunement, compassion and generosity and my infinite capacity to hold and love whatever is, combined with my intuitive abilities to see the truth behind the veil of separation, allows for clients to have potent and deeply transformative healing sessions.
I feel this is where I can best be of service to support people to soften their hearts and come into alignment with who they really are so we can shine our light and inspire, share and create a more loving compassionate world together. My mission is to help people love fully and live freely!

Every tantric bodywork session is unique to you and designed around your intention, your boundaries and the wisdom of your body’s intelligence. The sessions take place in my private garden temple in Bere Regis, Dorset.
Bere Regis is located within 10 miles of Wareham, Poole, Bournemouth, Weymouth, Blandford and Dorchester and within easy reach of the bordering counties of Devon, Hampshire, Wiltshire and Somerset.
Tao Tantric Bodywork Session – 3 – 6hrs – £225 – £325
These sessions could include:
• Taoist mediations, breathwork and qigong practices
• Tantric connection rituals
• Intuitive full body massage combining deep tissue techniques, healing touch, energy activation, sensory awakening and deep relaxation
• Deep abdominal and pelvic floor release (Chi Nei Tsang)
• Healing yoni massage (female bodies) or lingham/prostate massage (male bodies)
Tantric Taster Session – 90 mins – £95
If you are new to tantric bodywork and/or somatic therapy and are a little apprehensive about committing to a full session, I offer a 90-minute taster session (fully clothed) so you can get a taste of what it’s all about!
Emotional Detox Session – 2-3 hrs – £180
I also offer fully clothed emotional release bodywork and de-armouring sessions, where we can gently work with exploring boundaries in a safe, held space and gradually increase your capacity to feel and express emotions and pleasurable sensations and help to create an embodied sense of safety.
Couple Coaching – online or in person from £95
I also offer bespoke coaching sessions for couples who are looking to deepen their intimacy and connection together, explore conscious touch and tantric massage techniques, learn consent and effective communication tools and explore the tantric approach of lovemaking.
