What attracted Elaine to this work?
“The exploration of this work as part of my own healing journey following a life altering grief event, revealed to me how working with Somatic Sexuality, Tantra, Shamanism and Breathwork could be a portal to personal transformation, healing, power and freedom. I now love to share these gifts with others. I was medical diagnostic scientist in direct patient care for 20 years. I brought my scientific skills (including a healthy dose of cynicism and skepticism) alongside my experience of the physical manifestations of dis-ease to my current transformational healing & wellness practices.” Elaine
Training & Experience
Elaine’s skills and training range across the fields of Somatic Sexology, Sexological Bodywork, Tantra , Breathwork and Shamanic Healing. She is a bodyworker, coach, educator, facilitator and guide. Elaine is a Professional Member of The Association of Somatic & Integrative Sexologists (ASIS).

Somatic Sex Coaching & Sexological Bodywork
Somatic Sex Coaching & Sexological Bodywork provides a structure for you to begin to understand your sexuality better, improve your sex life and to heal your sexual wounds. It will teach you skills that will enable you to transform/change the things you are unhappy with or that prevent you from enjoying your sexuality to its fullest potential. It may be that you are struggling with a specific issue or that you just feel disconnected from or not in fully charge of your sexual energy, expression and interactions.
Sexological Bodywork will also offer you the opportunity to receive skilled body work to allow you to release of old tensions/pain/holding patterns from your body and to rewire your connection to your whole body, genitals and sexual pleasure.
Sexological Bodywork supports you to in terms of how you feel about your sexuality and how you experience sex alone or with others. It will open up what your inherited beliefs are about sex, how your culture, your family and your past interactions may have shaped or shut down your sexuality.

Sessions
Elaine’s sessions are tailor made to your needs. Elaine’s one to one sessions with clients can be via skype or in person. She enjoys working with individuals and couples of all genders and sexual orientations.
Her client practice is mainly based in London UK for private sessions. She currently facilitates workshops and intensive retreats ranging from evening events to 7 day intensive immersions in London and overseas.

She balances a solid understanding of human biology with a highly-attuned intuition and an ability to read the body at many levels. This combination of elements is extremely rare in a practitioner and meant that Elaine could hold whatever came up in our work together.
By the last couple of sessions Elaine had gained the complete trust of my body and my energy system and we were able to release years (maybe centuries) of tension in my pelvic region and my anus. This is an outcome beyond what I was hoping for and I’m overjoyed about it.
