Sexological Bodywork is designed to improve the connection between the body and the mind, and to allow the sexual, and erotic aspects to awaken or deepen.

~ Do you want to experience touch that you and your body yearns for?

~ Do you want to explore your sexuality, and work through sexual issues or concerns?

~ Do you want to learn about your body, in a neutral space, free from expectations and performance, to practice and integrate new techniques?

~ Do you want the sex education you never had at school?

In sessions you can direct your erotic development, access arousal, and experience pleasure for pleasure’s sake. The modalities offered in the sessions may include some, or all, of the following:

~anal mapping and massage;

~body awareness, focusing and sensation;

~conscious consent using techniques developed by Dr Betty Martin;

~embodied counseling;

~establishing boundaries;

~erotic massage;

Whether you want to heal feelings of sexual shame, better express your desires or deepen your erotic pleasure, I welcome you on this journey.

Most of us have experienced trauma in our lives and may have disconnected from parts of ourselves. I know, that with care, kindness and space to breathe, we can reconnect and experience pleasure and joy.

Through discovering our voices, exploring our feelings, acknowledging the uncomfortable, establishing our boundaries and honoring both our bodies and our sexuality, we can embrace pleasure with agency and permission.

Consent is sexy! As is being educated and knowing our bodies. Let’s reclaim the sex education we never had at school.

I have experienced chronic pain for much of my adult life and working with pain and scars is a core part of my practice. That said, I also love to play, to have fun, to encourage the primal parts of ourselves and with my experience of movement, shamanism and love of raw expression I welcome this in you too.

I offer a neutral space to question what we already know and to learn a new way of being and belonging.  This is open to individuals, partnerships and groups of all sexual orientations, gender identities and relationship dynamics.

I offer a free phone or Skype/Zoom consultation to those who are interested in exploring with me.
