What I appreciate about my tantra teacher, Anahata, is his authenticity and honesty. These traits make me trust him. He helped me to understand the beauty of tantra and shared with me his wisdom and connection to life source. When I listen to Anahata I feel like I am drinking nectar. Anahata has the spirit of freedom and his ability to transmit knowledge is precious.

It is hard to find men teachers as good as Anahata; men that have a beautiful balance between the masculine and the feminine energy. Anahata has a very strong, powerful presence, a good sense of humour, and at the same time, he has more feminine qualities of the heart. Anahata has very loving energy, he is very caring, and compassionate. If something was happening to me or another participant during the workshop, I always felt like I could reach out to him or he was coming to check on me. There is also a lot of humbleness. This made me feel very seen as a participant, as a person in the space with him. He also made me feel very safe and contained. I can be myself here with him in the workshop.
