Raisa dedicates her work to supporting individuals that are ready to take full responsibility for their health and well-being by learning about the subtle vibrational influences of energetic exchange. This means a deep commitment to making the unconscious within us more conscious. This means becoming more sensitive. This means facing the parts of ourselves that are less comfortable to face and in spite of it finding more love for these parts of ourselves. Raisa asks that clients have an innate interest in their spiritual development and that they treat this process as a collaboration, taking responsibility for the part they themselves play in the process of healing. With a curious and compassionate attitude, we cultivate the tools that can lead us back to our authentic nature. This nature is wholesome, alive, passionate, joyful and innocent.
Using the tools of meditation, massage, movement and energy practices, Raisa’s speciality is in bringing Eastern knowledge (Taoism, Classical Chinese medicine and Tantra) to the Western therapeutic/healing framework, bringing together esoteric philosophies and practices with the grounded and simple processes that challenge us to become more present and more surrendered to the present moment, with all that it brings – the joys and vulnerabilities of being a human.
Combining her artistic background, and current therapeutic approaches since 2013 Raisa has been holding space for groups and individuals helping people get a greater understanding of themselves and find more self-compassion in the process of doing so.
Raisa lives and works in Devon, Totnes, UK, and is also offering group work for learning about intimacy and relationship through learning about how we relate with our own body. Her next workshops will be focused on how to unbind the tissue of the body, releasing the tissue/tension that constrains us, with a focus on breast tissue.
