Hi i’m Carmelle,

I’m passionate about working with the wisdom on the body and it’s natural capacity to heal.
My journey and process of living in my truth and unraveling the imprints of my formative years was often painful living in an energetically sensitive body and allowing my own armour from an less-than-sensitive environment navigating the world.
Little did I know these energetic sensitivities were my superpower allowing me to feel deeply, intuitively and live and love fully.

Learning to navigate , heal and release and integrate these parts of ourselves allows the energetic body to flow freely and in harmony whilst relearning the tools to create natural healthy boundaries.
In 2011 I gave birth to twins boy and girl, they continue to be great teachers for me allowing the opportunity for my own inner work and is reflected in my capacity to provide a container to support Reparenting trauma Repatterning and Dearmouring in the that has been a focus in recent years.
I reside in the beautiful Algarve in Portugal where I welcome you to my Sanctuary of Light.
I visit the UK frequently.

I am a trained Counselor an Hypnotherapist.
I studied with Margot Annand Sky Dancing in Harbin Hot Springs California over a period of a few years.
This was a great self-development for and a very special and beautiful time in my life.
Harbin Hot Springs remains deep in my heart for its capacity to hold people and allow deep work and transformation in its commitment to Sexuality and Intimacy workshops.
In 2010 I had the pleasure of assisting and working with a Sex therapist for 1 year at her private practise that allowed me many insights and hands-on learning in this fascinating field.

In the last few years whilst continuing my private practice I have honed my online work and Coaching.
I have studied the Dearmouring body of work Tutorials and integrated them into my work.
I teach and practice Chi gong focused on Sexual health and strengthening our energetic bodies to empower us in their world.
