About Me & My Connection to Tantra:
My journey into conscious sexuality and tantra is centered around holding space for collective awakening, relational healing, and group transformation. As an intimacy educator and facilitator, I view tantra as a powerful, shared tool for moving out of societal conditioning and collective survival responses, guiding groups back into our natural state of vibrant connection and authentic human joy.
Beyond Intimacy builds on group containers that focus on deep somatic embodiment, conscious breathwork, and remembering and reclaiming our sexual energy. My teaching approach focuses on practical, experiential integration—giving participants the tools to strip away performance, move out of their heads, safely explore vulnerability, express boundaries, and step into their truth, somatic embodiment, and empowered sexuality.
My Foundation as a Teacher & Facilitator:
To ensure my group spaces are fiercely respected, psychologically grounded, and deeply safe, my facilitation style is backed by rigorous training and experience:
* Advanced Mentorship & Assisting: Multi-year immersion in the “Living Tantra” lineage with Jan Day, focusing on group dynamics, conscious relating, heart-centred communication and structures.
* Diverse Tantric Traditions: Deep study across classical, neo-tantric, and shamanic frameworks with teachers including Ma Ananda Sarita, John Hawken, and Barbara Carrelles’s, Urban Tantra.
* Trauma-Informed training: Trained in the Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM) and Counselling Levels 1 & 2, allowing me to track group nervous systems and safely hold space for deep emotional release or trauma processing during group work.
What to Expect in My Group Spaces:
Whether facilitating workshops in London, Brighton, Bristol, or running international retreats in Spain and Portugal, my priority is the collective container. My events are entirely consent-led, boundary-aware, and rooted in radical authenticity and sexual integration, creating an empowering laboratory for deep healing, heart-centered connection, and the celebration of conscious sexuality.

This weekend was a beautiful incredible experience… I have encountered such wonderful experiences with people who normally I would have passed in the street without giving them a second glance because they wouldn’t fit into the narratives that I have constructed for myself. I was in a position where I was able to allow myself to meet people with an open mind and an open heart due to the way you facilitated the workshop.
I felt safe and held at all times. The structure of the workshop enabled me to stay in touch with myself, to not lose myself and to be aware of my own boundaries.
You honoured people’s feelings in a way that they had the opportunity to feel heard. When friction arose you stayed calm and non-judgemental. You made space for the light as well as the shadows, everything was welcome. I felt welcome no matter what I brought, which is so freeing.
