Tantra Teacher — Ellie Wilde
My journey into Tantra began with an experience I hadn’t expected would happen.
In my early thirties, I was already curious about Tantra, fascinated about the intersection between Sex and Spirit. I’d been reading voraciously and exploring some simple practices with my partner when, during lovemaking, I unexpectedly entered a profound state of Samadhi.
The easiest way I can describe it is that I met God through sex.
It completely changed my understanding of sexuality. I knew then that sex could be about so much more than pleasure and orgasm.
Sex could also a doorway into Consciousness, Absolute love, the Mystical and the Sacred. Understandably I wanted to understand it, how it had happened and how to recreate that experience!
This led me on a merry dance into many lineages and schools, some of which weren’t so great but important lessons and wisdom was gathered along the way. This curiosity became a path that has now spanned more than 25 years.
Immersing myself deeply into Tantra at first, then I studied with schools teaching Sacred sexuality, Neo-tantra, Embodiment and Transformational work and then the deeper Nervous System work, eventually teaching and facilitating workshops and retreats internationally and working with thousands of hours with people in one of the most intimate and personal parts of their lives.
I am profoundly grateful for all of those people and experiences that have taught me so much.
My work has evolved considerably over those years. Today I am particularly interested in what happens when spiritual ideas become something we can actually embody – in our sexuality, relationships, choices, boundaries and everyday lives.
I now specialise predominantly in working with men, drawing on fifteen years of listening to and working closely with men around sexuality, intimacy, shame, relationships, sexual energy, embodiment and personal transformation.
I don’t believe Tantra is about becoming more sexually impressive or accumulating increasingly extraordinary experiences. For me, it is ultimately a practice of becoming more present, more sensitive, more discerning and more available to life.
My role as a teacher is not to tell people what their truth should be. It is to create conditions in which they can slow down, listen more deeply and discover their own innate wisdom and truth.

Training & Experience
My work is informed by more than 25 years of dedicated study, practice and facilitation in the fields of tantra, embodiment, sexuality, trauma-informed practice and nervous system awareness.
My training includes:
While these trainings have profoundly shaped me, they are not what informs my work most deeply.
The greatest teacher has been the privilege of sitting with people over thousands of hours – in workshops, retreats, therapeutic bodywork sessions and private mentoring.
I have had the honour of witnessing people in moments of profound shame, loneliness and disconnection, as well as moments of joy, breakthrough, love and unexpected laughter. It is these human encounters, alongside my own personal journey, that have taught me the most.
They continue to remind me that transformation rarely comes from having the right answers. More often, it emerges when someone feels deeply seen, safe enough to be honest, and supported to reconnect with their own inner wisdom.

I offer a range of individual and group experiences for those wishing to explore Tantra, conscious relationships, embodied sexuality and personal transformation.
These include:
My approach is grounded, trauma-aware and experiential. Whether working with individuals or groups, my intention is to create a space where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves and discover that Tantra is not simply something to learn, but something to embody in everyday life.

Tantric and Taoist Bodywork are spiritual and energetic practices rooted in ancient Indian traditions — not sexual services. Sessions focus on breathwork and energy work, offering a deeply transformative experience of body, mind, and consciousness in support of self-awareness. This is not escorting, and it is not a substitute for it, and sessions do not — and never will — include sexual services of any kind. If you are looking for mutual touch, nudity, body-to-body contact, or ejaculation, this is not the right site for you.
However, if you are interested in genuine Tantra as a practice, we are glad to have you here. Genuine Tantric bodywork is centred on breath, energy, and the experience of higher consciousness — including through the transmutation of sexual energy. This work is grounded in sacred tradition and professional training.
