About Me & My Connection to Tantra

My Journey into conscious sexuality and Tantra is centred around holding space for collective awakening, relational healing, and group transformation. As an intimacy educator and facilitator, I view Tantra as a powerful, deeply transformational tool for stripping away societal conditioning, moving out of collective survival responses, and guiding groups back into our natural state of vibrant connection and authentic human joy and connection; with ourselves, each other and the world around us.

Through my workshops and events with Beyond Intimacy, I design alive, experiential group containers that focus on deep somatic embodiment, conscious breathwork, playfulness and remembering and reclaiming our innocence and sacred sexual energy. My teaching approach is practical, raw, and beautifully integrative—giving you the tools to step out of performance, drop out of your head into your truth, full embodiment, and empowered sexuality.

My Foundation as a Teacher & Facilitator
To ensure my group spaces are respected, grounded, and a deeply safe harbour for your vulnerability, my facilitation style is backed by rigorous training and over a decade of space-holding experience:

• Advanced Mentorship & Assisting: Multi-year immersion in the “Living Tantra” lineage with Jan Day, focusing heavily on group dynamics, conscious relating, and heart-centred communication structures.

• Diverse Tantric Traditions: Deep, experiential study across classical, neo-tantric, and shamanic frameworks with esteemed global teachers including Ma Ananda Sarita (Tantra Essence), John Hawken (Paths of Transformation), and Barbara Carrellas (Urban Tantra).

• Trauma-Informed Alchemy: Fully trained in the Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM) and Counselling Levels 1 & 2. This allows me to gently track group nervous systems, hold steady containment, and safely anchor deep emotional release, joy activation, or trauma processing during group work.

Whether facilitating immersive workshops in London, Brighton and Bristol, or running sun-kissed international retreats in Spain and Portugal, my absolute priority is the collective container.

My events are a celebratory, fluid laboratory for deep healing, heart-centred connection, and the celebration of conscious sexuality. Everything is entirely consent-led, boundary-aware, and rooted in radical authenticity and sexual integration.
