I (Aradhia) offer intuitive, body-centred sessions informed by Shamanic healing, Taoist-Tantric practices, and ceremonial Cacao. My work supports embodiment, nervous system regulation, emotional release and a deeper connection to pleasure and presence.
Tantra, as I work with it, is a practical and experiential path. It invites awareness of where the bodyholds tension, suppressed emotion, or unresolved experiences and offers ways to meet these through breath, movement, sound, touch, and intention. As these layers soften and release, clients often experience increased sensation, emotional clarity, relaxation, and access to their potent creative and sexual life force.
Each session is completely client-led. We begin with an in-depth consultation, allowing us to explore all the relevant physical, mental, emotional and spiritual themes to set a clear intention for the treatment.
Sessions are held in a space of complete safety, respectfulness, sensitivity and empathy. I treat your body and being as sentient, intelligent and worthy of care and love. We may explore how desire, vulnerability, and past experiences interact within your body and being, and how these can be met with presence and compassion rather than with urgency or avoidance. Touch is conscious and intentional, and always within the framework of boundaries and consent.
Within an impeccably held sacred space, every session includes a blend of somatic bodywork modalities. Deep tissue massage, acupressure, feathering, Thai yoga postures, Chi Nei Tsang, guided breath, Shamanic energy healing, energetic awareness, and periods of stillness. The work is trauma-informed and nervous-system-aware, supporting the body to release tension at a pace that is safe, regulated, and sustainable.
Some clients come for deep rest and grounding, others for emotional processing, sensual reconnection, or support in returning to their heart and body after stress or disconnection. While individual sessions can be deeply supportive, most clients choose to work with me over a series of sessions, allowing the work to evolve into deeper trust, connection and closeness.
My work goes beyond relaxation massage. It is a therapeutic and ceremonial approach that supports you in reconnecting with your body’s innate wisdom, capacity for pleasure, and ability to self-regulate and feel whole.
About Me
My background is within the Arts. I founded a jewellery company, worked as a makeup artist in opera and theatre, and interior designed and ran a renowned photographic studio in East London. In 2014 I answered a deeper call and began formal training in holistic healing and Shamanism. While my tantric path formally began in 2016 through receiving treatments, my fascination with Tantra had arisen much earlier after discovering Sexual Occultism by John Mumford in 1990. I knew that it would be my path.
My work continues to evolve through deep personal practice, ongoing study, and the alchemisation of my own story – one that had been shaped by trauma, disconnection, and a longing to feel whole. For much of my life, I moved through the world in survival mode, viewing everything through the lens of unhealed trauma. I used addiction to numb out what felt too painful to face, cutting myself off from real love, pleasure, and the truth of my own body. Through Tantra, I began to return to myself. I started to reclaim my power, reawaken my body’s wisdom, and discover the expansive, multi-orgasmic nature that had always been mine.
This path has taught me that deep healing is not only possible, it can be ecstatic. And that deep, embodied joy belongs to everyone.
