My sessions are about exploring the sensuality, pleasure and feelings of wellbeing that your body is capable of. In a session, I will support you to explore and awaken these feelings in a nurturing space. I will support you to savour them and be nourished by them. We will also work together to integrate these sensations so that you may be empowered by these feelings when you leave the session. This can mean you are more at home with your body and sensuality, have a deeper connection to your pleasure and are able to bring greater delight into your relationships with yourself and with other people.
My story:
Twenty years ago, I had an experience in which my heart opened, and I felt only love for everything around me and joy at being able to experience being me. This experience lasted for only a few hours but left a mark on me. Since that time I have explored psychology, spirituality, bodywork, sexuality and nervous system health in my search to understand more about the good feelings my being is capable of. My sessions are given from the heart with the intention of accessing sexuality to help you tune into and be nourished by your own inherent goodness.
