Hi there, I’m Aradhia. Shaman and Tantrika.

I help Women and Men who feel stuck, blocked or disconnected from their bodies, their pleasure, their life force energy and their true purpose, rediscover their sensuality, vitality and sacred path.

I offer deep Tantra Tao bodywork held within a Shamanic framework and supported by the plant medicine of Cacao.

The shamanic practices hold the sacred space, whilst Cacao supports embodiment and integration

By releasing physical and energetic knots and blocks, you can consciously direct your life force energy to any part of your body – and indeed any part of your LIFE – where you wish to bring healing, expansion and greater expression.

By releasing old baggage and removing that which is not ‘you’ you create more space for your authentic self to present and express. It’s like emptying the trash and de-fragging on your computer. You’ll function way better, and feel more energized, refreshed, vital and powerful.

What’s in the ‘Work’?

1 Releasing old, stuck, stagnant physical and energetic knots and blocks from the body, using specific massage movements such as deep tissue, acupressure, Thai Yoga postures and Taoist abdominal massage techniques.

2 Cultivating creative life force energy – the energy of sexual arousal – aka the horny feeling – and learning how to send it all over the body rather than keeping it concentrated at the groin.

3 Tantra is also about inviting conscious connection and presence within the realm of touch and sensuality.

Pornography has had the effect of desensitizing many men into believing that sex is about performative, phallocentric theatrics where women are objectified.

Tantra is about bringing emotional presence and emotional connection, slowing right down, finding ecstasy within periods of deep stillness, and allowing yourself to be seen. It’s intimacy – into me I see.

Hi, I’m Aradhia, a Shamanic Tantra Tao bodywork practitioner.

I offer grounded, compassionate spaces for people who want to reconnect with their bodies, sensuality, vitality and inner truth.

My work is for women and men who may feel disconnected, stuck in old patterns, uncertain about pleasure or intimacy, or curious to explore themselves more deeply.

Through conscious touch, breath, body awareness and ritual, I support clients to slow down, listen inwardly and create more space for presence and self-connection.

Each session is shaped by your intentions, your boundaries and what you wish to explore. You don’t necessarily need to arrive with a big problem to solve. You may just want time out from your everyday life and be held in a respectful, attentive space to reconnect with yourself.

My approach brings together Tantra Tao bodywork, Shamanic practices and, where appropriate, ceremonial cacao or Blue Lotus tea.  I’ve witnessed how this work can be powerful, profound, emotional, surprising and sometimes even hilarious. There is no pressure on you to perform, achieve anything, or be any particular way. You are invited to arrive exactly as you are.

My background and approach

My background is in the Arts, including London’s fetish and burlesque scenes – I’ve always loved costuming and theatricality.

I founded a jewellery company, worked as a makeup artist mainly across opera and theatre, and set up a successful photographic studio in East London. Creativity, beauty, self-expression and the intentions behind how we express ourselves fascinate me.

In 2014, I began training and practising within holistic healing and Shamanism. My Tantra path began through receiving bodywork in 2016, although my interest started much earlier after discovering Sexual Occultism by John Mumford in 1990. From that moment, I felt a deep pull towards Tantra, eventually realising it as a path of embodiment, self-knowledge and sacred connection.

My own lived experience also informs my work of moving through trauma, shame, addiction and disconnection from my own body. Tantra became part of my journey back to myself, helping me recognise my own capacity for pleasure, presence, self-trust and joy.

I continue to develop my work through personal practice, ongoing study and experience. I hold sessions with care, clear communication and respect. Consent is central throughout. Before we begin, we discuss your intentions, boundaries and what is, or is not, available for exploration.
