Hi, I’m Aradhia, a Shamanic Tantra Tao bodywork practitioner.
I offer grounded, compassionate spaces for people who want to reconnect with their bodies, sensuality, vitality and inner truth.
My work is for women and men who may feel disconnected, stuck in old patterns, uncertain about pleasure or intimacy, or curious to explore themselves more deeply.
Through conscious touch, breath, body awareness and ritual, I support clients to slow down, listen inwardly and create more space for presence and self-connection.
Each session is shaped by your intentions, your boundaries and what you wish to explore. You don’t necessarily need to arrive with a big problem to solve. You may just want time out from your everyday life and be held in a respectful, attentive space to reconnect with yourself.
My approach brings together Tantra Tao bodywork, Shamanic practices and, where appropriate, ceremonial cacao or Blue Lotus tea. I’ve witnessed how this work can be powerful, profound, emotional, surprising and sometimes even hilarious. There is no pressure on you to perform, achieve anything, or be any particular way. You are invited to arrive exactly as you are.

My background and approach
My background is in the Arts, including London’s fetish and burlesque scenes – I’ve always loved costuming and theatricality.
I founded a jewellery company, worked as a makeup artist mainly across opera and theatre, and set up a successful photographic studio in East London. Creativity, beauty, self-expression and the intentions behind how we express ourselves fascinate me.
In 2014, I began training and practising within holistic healing and Shamanism. My Tantra path began through receiving bodywork in 2016, although my interest started much earlier after discovering Sexual Occultism by John Mumford in 1990. From that moment, I felt a deep pull towards Tantra, eventually realising it as a path of embodiment, self-knowledge and sacred connection.
My own lived experience also informs my work of moving through trauma, shame, addiction and disconnection from my own body. Tantra became part of my journey back to myself, helping me recognise my own capacity for pleasure, presence, self-trust and joy.
I continue to develop my work through personal practice, ongoing study and experience. I hold sessions with care, clear communication and respect. Consent is central throughout. Before we begin, we discuss your intentions, boundaries and what is, or is not, available for exploration.

Initiation Experience

A first session designed to introduce you to my approach to tantric bodywork, conscious touch and embodied awareness. We begin with a consultation, intention setting and a conversation about boundaries, before moving into relaxation, breathwork and full-body bodywork.
This is an opportunity to sink into your body, explore the stories it’s been carrying, start to release them, and reconnect with your senses in an entirely new way.

Deep Immersion Experience

For discerning clients who want to explore the edges of their sexuality, desire and imagination with greater awareness, curiosity and self-knowledge.
This is an extended, bespoke process for exploring fantasies, kinks, patterns and relational dynamics without shame or judgement. The intention isn’t simply to act out a fantasy, but to become curious about what it reveals – what draws you towards it, what it awakens in you, and how it affects you afterwards.
We might explore questions such as:
What am I really seeking through this desire?
What does this fantasy reveal about me?
Does this experience leave me feeling more connected, energised and alive – or depleted, disconnected or compelled?
The Process
Pre-session consultation We begin with a detailed consultation to explore your intentions, establish boundaries and agree what you would like to work with. This gives me the information I need to prepare specifically for you.
Deep immersion The extended session allows us to work at a slower, more spacious pace. Through conscious embodiment, breath, touch, ritual and carefully agreed exploration, we can notice what is happening in your body, emotions and responses as they arise.
This may open up new perspectives on desire, power, surrender, control, intimacy and the parts of yourself you may not ordinarily give space to.
Integration We allow time afterwards to come out of the experience gradually, reflect on what emerged and identify anything you want to carry forward into your everyday life.
The work doesn’t end when the session does, and a post-session integration call is included.
Everything is discussed and agreed in advance. Consent, boundaries and ongoing communication are fundamental throughout.
This is a professional space for embodied exploration, self-knowledge and conscious intimacy – a place where you can explore your edges and become curious about the deeper desires, dynamics and parts of yourself they may reveal.

This is a profoundly relaxing, restoring, soothing and revitalizing treatment.
Depending on your size, the minimum may be 1.5 hrs – check with me first.

Full payment required upon booking.
I require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the booking fee but can be transferred to another date.
First-time clients are kindly asked to provide a valid form of photo ID before the booking is confirmed. This ensures a container of mutual respect, safety, and integrity. All personal details are kept strictly confidential.
