Hi there, I’m Aradhia. Shaman and Tantrika.

I help Women and Men who feel stuck, blocked or disconnected from their bodies, their pleasure, their life force energy and their true purpose, rediscover their sensuality, vitality and sacred path.

 

I offer deep Tantra Tao bodywork held within a Shamanic framework and supported by the plant medicine of Cacao.

The shamanic practices hold the sacred space, whilst Cacao supports embodiment and integration

By releasing physical and energetic knots and blocks, you can consciously direct your life force energy to any part of your body – and indeed any part of your LIFE – where you wish to bring healing, expansion and greater expression.

 

By releasing old baggage and removing that which is not ‘you’ you create more space for your authentic self to present and express. It’s like emptying the trash and de-fragging on your computer. You’ll function way better, and feel more energized, refreshed, vital and powerful.

 

 

What’s in the ‘Work’?

1 Releasing old, stuck, stagnant physical and energetic knots and blocks from the body, using specific massage movements such as deep tissue, acupressure, Thai Yoga postures and Taoist abdominal massage techniques.

2 Cultivating creative life force energy – the energy of sexual arousal – aka the horny feeling – and learning how to send it all over the body rather than keeping it concentrated at the groin.

3 Tantra is also about inviting conscious connection and presence within the realm of touch and sensuality.

Pornography has had the effect of desensitizing many men into believing that sex is about performative, phallocentric theatrics where women are objectified.

Tantra is about bringing emotional presence and emotional connection, slowing right down, finding ecstasy within periods of deep stillness, and allowing yourself to be seen. It’s intimacy – into me I see.

 

 

What Might Happen During a Session?

In consultation we discuss what’s going on in your life and the areas where you’d like to bring healing and transformation. With what you share, I create a healing intention to ‘programme’ your body and being.

 

The sessions are held within the framework of a shamanic sacred space.

Ceremony and ritual have been used for thousands of years to signal to the body and being that you are about to enter a state of transformation and change.

 

We begin with breath work and connection rituals to build trust, and attune to each other’s energies.

 

We map your body with the curiosity of an explorer, looking for the places where there’s an ‘ouch’ – not just a physical ‘ouch’ but one with an emotional charge to it.

This indicates where trauma is being held, where there are suppressed emotions and unresolved experiences.

We work on those areas, coaxing out the tension and pain. You may go into a process – a full somatic release that involves crying, grief or anger.. or even a simple inner gnosis or awareness. You’ll be invited and encouraged to fully release the baggage – and afterwards you’ll experience increased sensation, emotional clarity, relaxation, and deeper access to your potent creative and sexual life force.

 

You’ll be invited to connect to your life force energy, and practice using circulation techniques or be in stillness. We may explore other techniques or practices.

About Me

My background is within the Arts. I founded a jewellery company, worked as a makeup artist across opera and theatre, and interior designed and ran a renowned photographic studio in East London.

In 2014 I began training in holistic healing and Shamanism. While my tantric path began began in 2016 through receiving treatments, my fascination with Tantra arose much earlier after discovering Sexual Occultism by John Mumford in 1990. As soon as I saw that book I knew Tantra would be my path.

 

My work continues to evolve through personal practice, ongoing study, and the alchemisation of my own story. I’m a survivor of childhood trauma – and I never felt whole, connected or ‘enough’.

For much of my life I was in survival mode, viewing everything through the lens of unhealed wounding and shame. I used addictions to numb out everything, cutting myself off from real love, pleasure, and the truth of my body’s own wisdom.

 

Through Tantra, I began to return to myself. Not gonna lie – it was a hard and painful process – but I started to recognise my power, rediscover my body’s innate intelligence, and reclaim the expansive, multi-orgasmic nature that was always mine.

 

This path has taught me that deep healing and transformation are totally possible.

It can be messy – and that’s ok.

It can be unintentionally hilarious, and even ecstatic.

It’s also taught me that I want to share deep, embodied joy and conscious healing presence with those who feel the call too.
