For over fifteen years I’ve had the privilege of working closely with men in the field of sexuality, intimacy and personal growth.
Through thousands of hours of one-to-one mentoring, workshops and international trainings, I’ve witnessed men at their most vulnerable, courageous and real. Again and again, I discovered that what brought them through the door was rarely the whole story.
Many believed they were searching for better sex, greater confidence or freedom from habits that left them feeling stuck.
What they often discovered was something much deeper.
My work didn’t emerge from a philosophy I decided to teach. It emerged from years of listening, observing and discovering what genuinely helped men reconnect with themselves, cultivate a more conscious relationship with their sexual energy, and become the men they knew they were capable of being.
Today I offer a grounded, practical and compassionate approach that integrates tantra, somatic coaching, trauma-informed practice and nervous system awareness.
Sexuality is approached here as a pathway for personal growth, self-awareness and deeper connection. Every session is tailored to your individual journey and held with professionalism, compassion and respect.

Work Experience and Education.
Over time I have supported people from many different backgrounds through private sessions, workshops, retreats and international trainings. Over the years, however, I found myself increasingly drawn to working with men. It became clear that this was where my greatest depth of experience, understanding and contribution lay, and today my work is dedicated exclusively to supporting men.
Alongside extensive professional training in tantra, somatic practice, trauma-informed work and nervous system awareness, my greatest teacher has been the thousands of hours I’ve spent listening to and working closely with men.
Through private mentoring, therapeutic tantric bodywork, workshops and retreats, I have had the privilege of supporting men as they navigate intimacy, relationships, pornography, performance anxiety, shame, purpose and a more conscious relationship with their sexual energy.

My work continues to evolve through ongoing study, supervision, personal practice and, above all, listening deeply to the men I have the privilege to serve.
