My hope is to open the doors of Tantra to everyone who feels called towards it, allowing women, men and couples to experience its extraordinary wisdom beyond the misconceptions that have surrounded it for so long.
Tantra is one of the world’s oldest spiritual traditions, originating thousands of years ago in India. At its heart, it is a path of self-discovery, conscious living and reconnecting with the natural flow of our life force through meditation, conscious breath and embodiment. Rather than asking us to become someone different, Tantra gently helps us release the layers of stress, conditioning and expectation that have separated us from our authentic selves, allowing us to experience greater peace, vitality, confidence, intimacy and a deeper connection with life itself.
To make Tantra more accessible, I offer two distinct pathways. Neo Tantra Massage is a deeply immersive full-body experience inspired by the principles of Tantra, combining conscious touch, meditation, breathwork and energy awareness to encourage profound relaxation, embodiment and reconnection. Spiritual Tantra, by contrast, does not include massage. Instead, it explores the ancient teachings through meditation, conscious conversation, breathwork, sound, awareness, life force and gentle work with the chakras, head, feet and meridian system where appropriate. This allows people who are seeking the spiritual wisdom of Tantra, without full body massage, to experience its many benefits in a way that feels comfortable and aligned for them.
Whether you choose Neo Tantra or Spiritual Tantra, the intention is never centred upon sex or performance. It is centred upon consciousness, presence and helping you reconnect with yourself. Many people experience greater body confidence, emotional resilience, healthier relationships, renewed vitality and deeper intimacy, while others seek support with sexual wellbeing, including erectile dysfunction, low libido or reconnecting with their body after significant life experiences.
I work with women, men and couples, both in person and online. Many women choose to work with another woman because there can be a natural understanding of the feminine journey through body confidence, menopause, relationships, motherhood, life transitions and reconnecting with the Divine Feminine in a safe and compassionate environment. Men often value having a space free from judgement or expectation, where they can explore emotional wellbeing, confidence, intimacy and sexual dysfunction without pressure or performance. Couples discover new ways to communicate, deepen trust and strengthen intimacy by learning to connect through presence, awareness and genuine understanding rather than expectation alone.
Alongside my in-person work, I offer Online Tantra for clients around the world, making these experiences accessible wherever you are. I also provide Spiritual Tantra Training for those who feel called to deepen their own path or share the spiritual teachings of Tantra with others. This training focuses on the embodiment and philosophy of authentic Tantra rather than Neo Tantra Massage, encouraging each person to discover their own authentic relationship with these timeless teachings.
My journey has been shaped through many years of personal spiritual practice, holistic development and authentic Tantra training, including with One Heart Tantra, together with continued learning, practice and collaboration with Lynn Paterson. Every experience I offer continues to evolve through study, lived experience and a deep respect for this beautiful path.

For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated by people and what helps us feel truly alive. Supporting others has never simply been my work. It is something I have always been naturally drawn towards and one of the greatest joys in my life. I love meeting people from all walks of life, listening to their stories and creating a space where they can simply relax, be themselves and feel accepted without judgement or expectation.
Over the past twenty years I have worked within both traditional support services and holistic practice, supporting people through trauma, sexual trauma, complex needs and mental health. Those experiences taught me that every person carries their own story, and that sometimes what people need most is to be genuinely heard, understood and supported with kindness. When Tantra became part of my own spiritual journey, it felt as though everything I had learned throughout my life came together. It gave me a deeper understanding of consciousness, meditation, breath, embodiment and the extraordinary wisdom that exists within each of us.
Today I share that understanding through Neo Tantra Massage, Spiritual Tantra and Tantra Training. My approach is gentle, intuitive and always centred around the individual sitting in front of me. Whether someone comes seeking deep relaxation, greater body confidence, support with intimacy or sexual dysfunction, spiritual development or simply a little more peace in their life, I meet them exactly where they are. Every experience is created with compassion, presence and respect, allowing each person to explore at their own pace and in a way that feels comfortable and authentic for them.
My own learning continues through personal practice, ongoing study and collaboration with other experienced practitioners, including One Heart Tantra and Lynn Paterson. I believe Tantra is something we embody throughout our lives rather than something we ever finish learning, and that philosophy continues to shape both my personal journey and the experiences I share with others.
Away from my practice, I feel most connected when I am immersed in nature, spending time with animals, swimming, dancing, drumming, working with sound and gongs, or learning from the wisdom of plants. These are not separate from my spiritual life; they are part of it. They remind me to stay grounded, curious and present, and they are qualities I hope everyone experiences when they spend time with me. My wish is simply that every person leaves feeling more connected to themselves, more hopeful and more able to embrace life with confidence, joy and authenticity.
