Welcome. I am Aisha, and I’m so glad you’re here. Whether you’re curious about Tantra, in need of a pause, or simply feeling drawn to something deeper, you’re welcome exactly as you are.

My space is a quiet place, set apart from the noise of the city, where there is nothing to prove and nowhere to be. Come in, take a breath and let your shoulders drop. Everything unfolds at your pace, with care and respect.

My journey into Tantra began on the yoga mat. It was hatha yoga that first taught me to listen to my body, and I deepened that practice in India, first in 2019 and again in 2023, where I qualified as a 500-hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher. There, breath, movement and stillness became the foundation of everything I do.

From India my path led me to Barcelona, where I specialised in Esalen and Deep Tissue massage. Here I learned that touch is a language: it can release tension held for years, soften the nervous system and bring a person back into their body. Alongside this, I took part in several Vipassana meditation retreats. Meditation is now part of my daily routine, and it is the source of the calm, attentive presence I bring to every session.

Tantra came to me almost as if by destiny. I have always had a sensual, erotic side that felt innate, and in Tantra I found a path to honour it with awareness, respect and depth. In my practice, eroticism is not reduced to its purely physical or sexual dimension. It becomes a sacred, ritualised energy: a doorway to presence, to deep relaxation and to a more intimate relationship with yourself.

My massage is therapeutic, spiritual and sensual all at once. Each session is a unhurried ritual, held in a safe, non-judgemental space where you are free to simply receive, breathe and let go.
