I have been practising Tantra for over 20 years. Initially with bodywork as a means to assist and heal myself and then as an applied philosophy and spiritual path in my life. For the past 13 years, I have worked as a Tantric therapist, also using a range of modalities to help people live a happier life and love themselves more.
I am an Osho Sannyasin for the past 14years having followed his teaching since my early 20’s. Despite other studies, I have gained most of my insights around Tantra from Osho, and apply these principles into both my 1:1 sessions and group workshops.
I studied and qualified in two of the best massage techniques, Ayurvedic yoga massage and Lomi Lomi, and use these as a foundation to the Tantric bodywork I offer.
I have qualified in Hypnotherapy, Conscious connected breathwork, Active meditations, Energy healing and Reiki. I formally studied psychosexual somatics to assist people on a more therapeutic level, that feel they are struggling with sexual dysfunction. I am also a qualified and registered mental health nurse for the past 26years, specialising in addiction. I have many years of experience working with people struggling with PTSD and trauma. I hold high the values of equality and being non judgemental, and approach everyone in this way.
I have been running groups using movement, meditation, Tantra and breathwork for the past 17 years. These group offerings have evolved beautifully over time, and I often refer 1:1 clients to these spaces so they can really embody a full tantric experience of life.
I host residential retreats throughout the year in Wales and Sommerset.
1:1 sessions are always bespoke, combining appropriate modalities during a session to ensure the client gets what they need. I have a special interest in sexual healing and using sexual energy to help balance and boost body, heart and mind. I can also weave more playful elements of KINK into a session with the right therapeutic intention being set.
