A few years ago a shattering grief catalysed a (ongoing) personal transformation for me. Part of this was feeling a call to help women in a way that I had not had the awareness or capacity to help the wife I was grieving for; another part was the discovery of Tantric massage as a means for me to feel whole again. These combined to lead me to train in Tantric massage.

I have been teaching movement for many years and increasingly recognised how many of my female clients seemed to feel themselves to be ‘not enough’, to somehow be failing – their work, their partner, family, themselves. While I can help to restore some sense of agency and value through exercise, it can be a slow process. What I value most about my massage work is how much can shift through one session, with focused attention, conscious touch and loving presence. This work has the potential to make lasting changes to how we feel , often described as a ‘remembering’ of who we truly are, our innate divinity.

Work Experience:

I am certified as an Emotional Detox Bodywork Therapist and Tantric Journey Educator, and Somatic Bioenergetic Practitioner.

I greatly value and draw upon the teaching of Diana Richardson and Daniel Odier, and have attended retreats/seminars with both.

Your safety is my first priority when we work together and, in addition to completing ‘trauma-informed’ training, I also draw on Betty Martin’s ‘Wheel of Consent’.
