My name is Odete Daniel. I was born in Angola in the city of Luanda in 1978, moved to Portugal in 1985, Then came to England in 1996. I am a psycho-dynamic counselor, cognitive hypnotherapist, well-being coach, meditation teacher (TM Meditation), and have studied with various spiritual schools as well as being an Energy healer practitioner (Reconnective and Reiki) and healer, and Emotional detox tantric massage educator and tantric practitioner, Holistic Coach, and business creative consultant. I have had direct personal experience with sexual trauma, civil war, two near-death experiences.
At 19 years old I experienced my Kundalini awakening which led me to study theosophy theology, learned meditation with spiritual teachers, studied shamanism, and neuroscience, and am still learning. Pleased that over a period of about a year I have availed myself of many of the modalities that Odete offers. Some have been in person and others online. I was already experienced in some of these and others were a first experience for me. The range of modalities that she has used with me are Cognitive Hypnotherapy, Emotional Detox Body De-armouring Tantric Massage, Re-connective Energy Healing, Reiki, Nutrition and Well-being Coaching. The welcome and listening is always cheering and Odete has quickly led me to confidence in her abilities that created many growth steps for me. More recently I was looking for help in addressing an enlarged prostate diagnosed by my GP, which was duly tested negative for cancer, this left the option of invasive biopsies and treatments that carried rather unpleasant discomfort and risks. So I did some research and saw on an NHS site that Prostate Massage had been reported as having successes but lacked research and thus not available on the NHS. The Googling also lead me to Tantric Journey where I knew Odete had trained. So I spoke with her about it and after confirming it had been tested as non-cancerous she offered me a treatment. There was a notable and progressive improvement immediately and over the following weeks, which have been an immense relief. For this alone, I will be forever in awe at her abilities and eternally grateful. The Deep Tissue Detox Massage, never exactly comfortable, had already proven to be a very valid treatment to me and she has always carried it out with great sensitivity. Although at the same time pushing me to tolerate her pushing it a bit harder, while perhaps wishing it to stop but the after-effects more than compensating the discomfort. No pain no gain huh! Cognitive Hypnotherapy which was mostly remote created some cathartic reactions and particular personal growth points.
