Work Experience:
My journey of Tantra began through curiosity of feeling there was “more” to sexuality and healing than I had explored.
Tantra to me as it feels like the true way and path of life, it is being intentional and present with every action and experience you are having, whether eating, walking, exercising, yoga or massage. It leaves no room for shame or fear which allows more connection and love to enter the lives of those who are brave enough to take the path.
Tantra shows us that without sexuality and being in touch with our sensuality with honour, we are not whole; there is a part of us missing or hidden.
When we embrace all parts of ourselves with our sexuality, it allows us to feel the life in everything, every moment and come alive with ourselves on a deeper level and in our surroundings.
