About Me & My Connection to Tantra
My journey into conscious sexuality and Tantra is an ecstatic returning home to the very essence of who we are. I view Tantra as an exquisite, profound and deeply explorative path of reclamation—a sacred tool to strip away performance, dissolve old armour, and step fully into the aliveness of your being and this very moment.
Touch is a sacred transmission, and intimacy is a landscape for deep, unfiltered joy. As a practitioner, my work is a beautiful bridge between heart-centered Neo-Tantric expansion and grounded therapeutic holding.
Having trained and assisted extensively with lineage teachers like Jan Day, I hold a space that invites you to breathe, relax completely into pleasure, and deepen the connection between your sex, heart, and spirit.
Work Experience & Practice
For over 10 years, I have curated beautifully alive, safe, and deliciously sacred spaces for profound transformation. Through my business “Beyond Intimacy”, I offer bespoke 1-to-1 somatic journeys, intimacy and sexuality coaching, and transformational group workshops that invite you to explore your edges, celebrate your desires, dissolve past stories and step into your absolute truth.
My practice is based amidst the lush landscapes of Sussex and the sun-kisses, soulful spaces of Portugal.

Together, we clear energetic blocks, remember lost or forgotten parts of your being, and activate a life of radiant presence, deep sensation, and untamed joy.
Training Lineage & Certifications
My background balances absolute clinical safety with deep, celebratory, and fully embodied conscious sexuality:
• Conscious Sexuality & Relational Intimacy: Multi-year immersion, training, and assisting with Jan Day (Living Tantra), focusing on boundaries, conscious communication, and sexual wholeness.
• Somatic Bodywork & Tantric Massage: Professional training with Urban Tantra (Barbara Carrellas), Shamanic Tantra with John Hawken (Paths of Transformation), classical tantra with Ma Ananda Sarita (Tantra Essence), and dedicated Tantra Massage Training with Gayatri.
• Trauma Practitioner Credentials: Trained in the Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM) for the neurobiological treatment and stabilisation of complex PTSD.
• Psychotherapeutic Foundations: Completed Counselling Levels 1 & 2, providing a solid psychological foundation for emotional containment, parts work, and shadow integration.
Workshop Facilitation Experience
I regularly curate alive, playful, and deeply transformative group containers across the UK and internationally. These workshops utilise conscious sexuality principles, somatic movement, breath journeys, and subtle energy alignment to guide individuals and couples through deep self-inquiry and relational play. By combining psychotherapeutic holding with profound body and energy work, I ensure every workshop is an empowering laboratory where your vulnerability, sexual expression, and intimacy can be safely celebrated, explored, and expanded.
My 1-to-1 Offerings
I offer deep, bespoke transformational containers for individuals and couples ready to awaken to the homecoming of who they really are. These sessions are a beautiful gift to give yourself—a space to drop completely into receiving, without any pressure to give back or be anything other than you are.
Your session is fully collaborative, unique, and organically attuned to your system. We safely weave together physical bodywork, breath, and energy work to explore:
• Reclaiming & Enhancing Your Sexuality: Increasing sexual energy, releasing performance fear, and dropping shame or guilt.
• Deep Somatic Healing: De-armouring, Pelvic release work, Womb Healing, and releasing stuck physical trauma or emotional pain.
• Embodied Power: Discovering your edges, learning to communicate your needs, expressing your desires and activating pure joy.
What a Session Includes:
• Intention Setting & Conscious Sharing: A warm, grounded consultation to explore what is moving in your system, map out your intentions, a space to express your needs and establish a boundary framework.
• Physical Touch, Breath & Energy Bodywork: We tune into the subtle energies of your body through dedicated physical touch, clearing blocks, opening up pleasure pathways, and breathing into the aliveness of your being.
• Grounded Integration: We gently anchor your experience with tools and guidance, leaving you feeling profoundly regulated, powerful, and at peace.
Please note: These sessions are entirely for you to receive; reciprocated touch does not happen, and I do not offer any sort of sexual services.
Group Containers & Workshops
With Beyond Intimacy, I host regular workshops, evening events, and international retreats. These are celebratory, playful laboratories focused on conscious communication, healthy boundaries, and fully embodied intimacy.
Service Fees & Booking
• Transformational Private Sessions: Initial sessions are 2 hours, with follow-up immersion containers between 2 to 4 hours to allow for deep process work, release, reclaiming and joy activation.
• Rates: Sessions are priced at £175 per hour. Discounts are available for block bookings, alongside bespoke 3, 6, and 12-month transformation packages.
