For over fifteen years, I have guided people through healing, transformation, grief, awakening, self-discovery, and deeper connection with themselves. Alongside my work as a researcher, healer, and facilitator of retreats and transformational experiences, I have devoted my life to understanding what helps human beings heal, flourish, and feel truly alive.
Relational Somatic Mending is one arm of my work and a practice I have developed through years of study, professional experience, personal exploration, and lived experience within the worlds of embodiment, neo-tantra, conscious relating, healing, and human connection.
At its heart, Relational Somatic Mending is a sacred, safe, and consent-led space where, through touch, presence, ritual, affection, communication, and embodied awareness, we create an experience that honours your needs, boundaries and desires. You get to choose, either receive or have a reciprocal session where you also get to merge with me.
I developed this work because I know something deeply in my bones. Humans are mammals.
We are wired for touch, affection, attunement, tenderness, beauty, intimacy, pleasure, and belonging. Yet modern life deprives many of us of these essential medicines, leaving us lonely, disconnected, exhausted, and longing to be held, cherished, welcomed exactly as you are and feeling safe enough to soften and surrender to genuine connection where your armour can finally come down.
My work is a conscious and sacred remedy to that deprivation.
Sessions are uniquely crafted around your needs and may weave together conscious touch, breathwork, emotional release, energy healing, ritual, and relational practices.
Every experience is grounded in consent, respect, communication, and genuine care. We start with the wheel of consent to establish safety and voice, then we merge.
Many people describe the experience as mystical, deeply nourishing, and profoundly healing. A sanctuary from the demands of modern life. A place where they feel seen, valued, appreciated, and blessed by connection itself.
What to Expect
Every consultation begins with a conversation. I listen deeply to your needs, desires, intentions, and boundaries so we can weave an experience together.
If you are a new client, we will spend the first part of our time together exploring the Wheel of Consent to establish trust, communication, safety, and clear agreements. Once this foundation is in place, we journey together.
Depending on your needs, sessions may include:

Receptive Somatic Mending – £150 per hour, 4 hours max
Reciprocal Somatic Mending – £300 1 hour, £500 2 hours, £600 3 hours, £700 4 hours (max)
Overnight retreat – £900
Begins in the afternoon with a space to relax with me, have me offer you deep listening and presence, then we move into a session of Relational Somatic Mending, up to 4 hours of your choice, reciprocal or receptive. Then, I leave you to have bed and breakfast in the yurt on the wild landscape. An integration call on WhatsApp is also available if you need to debrief. “
