I came to this work through my own unwinding. I spent years navigating disconnection, searching for intimacy with people who couldn’t hold me, and quietly wondering why something so fundamental felt so out of reach. What I discovered is that real intimacy begins with coming home to yourself. Everything else flows from there.
That is what I create for the people I work with.
