I believe our sexuality is one of the most honest expressions of who we are.

It reflects not only our capacity for pleasure, but also our relationship with safety, connection, shame, intimacy, stress, love and our ability to truly inhabit our bodies.

For more than fifteen years I have worked closely with people exploring the intersection of sexuality, embodiment and personal transformation. Through thousands of hours of private sessions, group facilitation and therapeutic bodywork, I have witnessed how often the challenges people bring to their sexuality are not simply “sexual problems” at all – they are expressions of a nervous system doing its best to cope with life.

Although I have worked with people of all genders throughout my career, I now specialise predominantly in supporting men. Over the years I have developed a deep appreciation for the unique challenges many men carry: performance anxiety, pornography, compulsive sexual habits, shame, loneliness, emotional disconnection, relationship struggles and the pressure to appear strong, capable and in control constantly.

My approach is compassionate, trauma-aware and body-based. Rather than focusing on techniques or fixing symptoms, I help people develop a deeper relationship with their own bodies, emotions and sexual energy. Together we explore how greater awareness, nervous system regulation and embodied practice can create lasting change – not through force or suppression, but through curiosity, presence and integration.

Most often, clients have simply never been given the conditions, education or support to understand themselves through awareness, regular practice, working consciously with their sexual energy, and nervous system education.

My role is to create a safe space where that understanding can emerge, helping people reconnect with their own wisdom, vitality and capacity for authentic intimacy; from this place more choice and a greater sense of agency is possible.

Education & Professional Training

I am a Certified Sexological Bodyworker and Certified Somatic Sex Coach, having trained with the Institute of Somatic Sexology (ISS Australia).

My teachers have included Deej Juventin and Uma, founders of the Institute of Somatic Sexology, whose work integrates somatic education, body-based learning and contemporary sexology.

My training has also been enriched through study with Betty Martin, creator of The Wheel of Consent®, including Like a Pro and In the Field, deepening my understanding of consent, boundaries and embodied communication.

Alongside my somatic sexology training, I have completed:

Trauma Resolution Training with Bridget Viksnins through Alchemical Alignment
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) Graduate – Body Intelligence, with a focus on nervous system regulation, trauma resolution and the body’s innate capacity for healing.
While these trainings have provided a strong professional foundation, it is the privilege of sitting with people over thousands of hours—in private sessions, mentoring and group facilitation—that has shaped me most deeply.

Working with people through experiences of shame, loneliness, grief, disconnection, joy and profound breakthrough has taught me that lasting transformation doesn’t come from being given answers. It comes from feeling safe enough to reconnect with the wisdom already held within the body.
