I have trained in Somatic Sexology and Sexological Bodywork and also draws on practices of self-touch, emotional processing, shadow work, parts work, artistic expression and a whole lot of embodiment.
I mainly work with people around body confidence, self-esteem, authentic expression, healthy relationships to their sexuality and scar tissue remediation.

I offer the first session individually, and from then on I offer packages of multiple sessions. This is how I see the greatest shifts in clients, and allows us both to really deepen into the process.
You are really helping to give me a better understanding of myself, my body and my mind. Your help and support are assisting me in coming to terms with a lot of past traumas and grief, and also laying the foundations for me to overcome the anxieties which have been holding me back for most of my adult life. I've seen a major increase in confidence since we began, and I've even started loving myself, which is something I never thought would happen.
