Working with Georgie I have been able to confront a number of complex emotional issues that, whilst not directly linked to my sexual desire, contributed to my inability to allow myself to express or experience sexual desires and feelings around any romantic partner.
The sessions focused on my thoughts and feelings about myself, my self-worth, self-image and self-confidence.
I have previously worked with a number of other therapies but my own shame and repressed approach to discussing sex or sexual desires was always a significant area of discussion left untouched.
