My work sits at the meeting point of embodiment, sexuality, intimacy, and conscious relating.
I am a Somatic Sexologist, Sexological Bodyworker, and Relational Bodywork Educator, supporting individuals and couples to reconnect with their bodies, their erotic aliveness, and their capacity for authentic intimacy.
My connection to Tantra is rooted in the understanding that sexual energy is a life force—a powerful gateway into presence, healing, pleasure, and deeper connection with ourselves and others. Tantra, for me, is not about performance or techniques, but about awakening awareness in the body, cultivating sensitivity, and learning to listen to the wisdom of our erotic nature.
Through my work I help people move beyond shame, conditioning, and habitual patterns around sexuality, and into a more embodied, conscious and satisfying relationship with pleasure and intimacy.
My approach is client-led, consent-based, and trauma-informed, grounded in nervous system awareness and somatic attunement. Rather than imposing a model of how sexuality should look, I support clients to discover their own authentic erotic expression and relational capacity.
At the heart of my work is the belief that when we learn to inhabit our bodies more fully, our sexuality becomes a doorway to vitality, creativity, connection, and love.
My role is to create a safe, respectful and attuned space where exploration can happen at your pace, guided by curiosity, consent, and the intelligence of your own body.
