I was always fascinated by sexuality and from quite a young age I had a strong desire to learn all that I could about it. I set out on a passionate journey of exploration and found that cultivating a sense of belonging and safety within my own body was the major turning point for me.
Through shadow integration, embodiment practices and building a repertoire of somatic tools, I was able to go from numb and disconnected to enlivened and orgasmic.
The work that I offer is informed by the lived experiences and personal transformations that I have navigated as well as the trainings I have done.
We live in these bodies that are covered in nerve endings to experience sensation, pleasure, and connection. I am a huge advocate for embodied pleasure because I believe that in feeling the pulse of our own aliveness, we discover greater clarity and confidence to create the kind of life and relationships that we deeply deserve and desire. Our eroticism is at the core of our being. When we feel fulfilled and thriving in this area of our lives, it ripples out and touches every other area.
The intention behind what I do is to support you to feel more connected with, safe and at home in your body so that you can enjoy the pleasure, joy and aliveness that comes from embodying your eroticism.

Sessions are client-centred and co-created. Consent and choice are the cornerstones of every session. We will move at the pace of your body and nervous system towards fulfilling your intentions and learning objectives.
Work Experience:
Certified Somatic Sex and Intimacy Coach and Sexological bodyworker with the Institute for Relational Harmony Studies.
Professional member of the Association of Somatic and Integrative Sexologists (ASIS).
Sessions are either in-person or online and are open to people of all gender expressions and sexual orientations.
Both individuals and couples are welcome.
Coaching sessions are 90 minutes
Bodywork sessions are minimum of 2 hours
In-person sessions are held in a beautiful space in Hackney Downs, East London.
