Lisa Grezo

I’m Lisa, a Sacred Bodywork Practitioner based in Tynemouth, near Newcastle upon Tyne, in the North East of England.

My journey into tantra began over ten years ago, inspired by a deep curiosity about sexuality, pleasure and the relationship we have with our bodies. What began as a personal exploration led me into tantric bodywork and, eventually, a profound understanding of embodied consent, presence and the importance of honouring our own experience.

Over the years, I’ve explored and trained in a range of somatic and body-based practices, but consent has become the cornerstone of everything I offer. I’ve come to appreciate how deeply nourishing it can be to be met with tenderness, curiosity and acceptance, without anyone needing to change, fix or direct our experience.

Today, I’m bringing this understanding into my Sacred Yoni Ceremonies, a nurturing, ceremonial approach to yoni massage for women, rooted in embodied consent, presence and reverence for the body.

At the heart of this work is a deep trust in the wisdom of your own body. I believe that when we’re met with presence, care and acceptance, we can begin to listen more deeply to ourselves, to recognise what we need and to make space for whatever is arising.

My role isn’t to take you somewhere or decide what your experience should be. It’s to hold a space where you can connect more deeply with yourself, where there is room to receive, to soften, to feel, or perhaps to let go of something you’ve been carrying. And equally, where nothing needs to happen at all.

For me, this work is sacred. It’s an invitation to come home to yourself, to discover more of your own wisdom and to be met exactly as you are.

I trained in tantric bodywork with Tantric Journey and have undertaken extensive training in the Wheel of Consent and Somatic Consent. I’m also trained in Holistic Pelvic Care, Clarity Breathwork and TRE. I am also a VITA Sex, Love and Relationship Coach.

Over the years, I’ve facilitated Heart of Consent workshops, supporting people to explore their boundaries, desires, communication and capacity to make choices that honour their own unique experience. This work has become a cornerstone of both my personal life and my professional practice.

My Sacred Yoni Ceremonies weave together my experience in tantric bodywork, embodied consent, Holistic Pelvic Care and breathwork, creating a nurturing and deeply personal approach to intimate bodywork.

I believe consent is an essential part of this work, and one that deserves far more attention than simply asking permission before touch. For me, it’s an ongoing, moment-to-moment exploration of what is wanted and what is true for you when receiving.

This allows the ceremony to be guided by your own experience rather than by a predetermined sequence or destination. There is space for pleasure, tenderness, emotion, stillness or whatever else may arise, without needing anything to happen.
